BRRRR has become a popular term for rental property purchases. It stands for Buy, Repair, Rent, Refinance and Repeat. When used properly this strategy can allow real estate investors to buy rental properties with minimal cash out of pocket and establish a profitable real estate portfolio. This class will cover the steps in the strategy, things to watch out for, pros/cons of this method along with case studies of recent transactions. If you are serious about building a real estate portfolio, then this is a class that you will not want to miss.
Joe is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Economics and Business. Joe has been a lender since 2002; has been recognized as a “Million Dollar Loan Officer” since 2007 and recognized by 5280 Magazine as a Five Star Mortgage Professional from 2012 – 2017. Joe was recently recognized by National Mortgage News as the #230 loan originator for 2015, #202 loan originator for 2016 and National Mortgage News ranked him in the top 1% of all originators nationwide for 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Joe now works as a Senior Loan Officer for Castle & Cooke Mortgage, a Billion Dollar mortgage lender based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition to his Loan Officer responsibilities, Joe co-manages the DTC office for Castle & Cooke Mortgage, which is their top office nationwide for the last 5 years and remains their top office for 2018 YTD.
